Terms and Conditions of Use (ReadAlly)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on ReadAlly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Account Creation and Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Use of the Application
ReadAlly allows users to interact with PDF documents, including books and other written materials. You are fully responsible for any content you upload, query, or interact with through the application. You agree not to use the application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
You agree to upload only documents for which you own the rights or have explicit legal authorization to use. It is strictly prohibited to upload:
- Works protected by copyright without proper authorization;
- Content obtained illegally or fraudulently (e.g., pirated, scanned, or illegally downloaded books).
5. User Responsibility
You warrant that all content you import complies with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws. In the event of any claim, complaint, or legal action related to the content you upload, the application publisher shall not be held liable in any way.
6. Account Suspension and Deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any user account in the event of:
- Suspicious activity;
- Violation of these Terms;
- A substantiated complaint or report regarding copyright infringement.
7. No Warranty
The application is provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Generated responses are indicative and may contain errors. You use the application at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or unlawful use of the service.
